Our babies love going here to get all dolled up! They both struggle with doggie anxiety, and require patience and love! We’ve had wonderful experiences here. Not only are they great groomers and our boys always look and feel great, they’re sweet people, very personable, professional, and sweet. When our other boys passed away they were so quick to reach out with their condolences. They truly love what they do and it shows! Benji and Beau love Ruff, and so do we! ❤️
Y'all I drove two hours to take my son to the Altus air show with my 4 month old Frenchie Chloe and they wouldn't let me take her in (she was in a backpack) so my son got upset as well as I bc I drove two hours for my son not to be able to see the air show. I called this place and Ashlee said she usually does boarding for a couple of days but since we drove the two hours and she was going to take her dog to the air show that she would go ahead and board Chloe for the couple hours since we let her know they won't let animals in. I love this place! Been coming here I believe for almost 2 yrs and the Employees are always nice. Haven't used their boarding services but my pup always comes out handsome and smelling good from grooming. My dogs got out and the owner personally called me to let me know and offered to help if I needed it. Best wishes and success to this lovely establishment.
