Adam did great work at getting our new system up and running. System had communication issues. He explained in detail everything that was being done and why. Also want to note that Terry and Seth did great work on removing and installing the new system. We've used All tech Alot over the last couple years and we've always been happy with their service.

Had Lambert Heat and Air out to service my AC today. This is a service they provide for their club members. The technician Terry was very thorough cleaning both the inside and outside units. As he was checking the outside unit he found that the condensing fan was pulling too much amperage and determined it had internal damage. He researched and found that the unit was under warranty. He placed the order for the new part and it will be replaced when it arrives. I am extremely pleased with the service. Terry was very professional and knowledgeable. So glad I purchased the club package.

Lambert Heat and air we're able to come out on a Saturday early evening to fix my central air conditioner. They arrived within the hour. They're an exceptional company. From the office personnel to the service professional. The office individual was extremely kind and professional. She was able to expedite getting a service person out in a short amount of time. The technician, Adam, was great. He was able to pinpoint the areas that needed to be resolved and explained everything each step of the way. I believe there pricing was very reasonable after working in this industry many years ago. They have a program for home owners for yearly inspections and much more.... read full review
