Let me start out by saying if you’re looking for a beautiful place to just rest your head relax and revitalize then this is the place for you. During my trip I did have a few hiccups at the hotel but as soon as I brought them to the attention of Jorden she took amazing care of me. I’ve been a customer service for a very long time and a lot of people pretend that they know customer service, but she was not pretending this is who she is and without hesitation she instantly apologized and made things right. This is our summer spot but we were here at the lake this weekend so we had dinner and drinks at The Anchor last night and had a great time. Anchor was packed and we watched a game, and enjoyed our time. The Anchor has an arcade, two private golf simulator bays, a pro shop, a restaurant and a great bar. Love it all year round.
It was a great fall break trip and we got enjoy everything this resort had to offer.
The room was nice but could have been cleaner in addition the coffee maker was dirty.
