The rental of one of their speed boats was extremely easy. Filled out the paperwork on line and was ready to go when we arrived. They gave us the instructions on the operation of the boat and we were off running all around the lake for 4 hours.

My family and I rented jet skis and a pontoon with a tube and had the absolute best time. Absolutely recommend renting water crafts from H2O if you are out on Grand Lake.

We rented a pontoon boat and tube. Had such a great time, we did it again the next day. The staff was courteous and helpful. We will definitely use them again.

Rented a tri-toon for a day. My wife and I are in our late 50’s. Motor went down after an hour and a half out. Took them three hours to respond and tow us back. During this time we floated out of the main channel and tied up at a private dock to wait on them. After being towed back to Grove, we were told to expect a call from mgmt about their position on the repairs needed and our associated liability. I explained to them that I felt there was no liability on our part. The motor simply squealed at 20mph and the rotor stopped turning. No booze on board. Not exactly a raucous crowd. At any rate, they never called. They did take the security deposit and would not return three phone calls to discuss a refund. Messages were left on voicemail to call me. No calls. Today - three weeks after the outing - they tried to charge me $1,700, presumably for repairs. I have three phone numbers including that of a Brian Prior (owner, manager). No one has answered any of the lines yet, nor have they returned my calls. Luckily, I suspected H2O may try to screw me based on their lack of communication; I had shut the card down. I hope they try to come after me. I enjoy a good scrape, and my crew of lawyers is ready. My wife, btw, suffered great anxiety while waiting to be towed back to Grove. I’ll be posting updates to this story as events unfold. H2O rentals? Based on our experience, I would avoid them at all costs.

Sneaky outfit. Boat rented quit after an hour and a half. After waiting three hours for a tow, we were told we would hear from them. Never have. But, they did try to charge us $1,700 for repairs.
