Brayden is a real gem. We had no water over the weekend, and after I called because of the good online reviews, he answered right away on a Sunday and arrived at my house within 30 minutes. By checking the plumbing and seeing the pipe sweating, he quickly figured out the flush tank was bad and the water kept running, which drained our well. He was very knowledgeable about well and water pump service, explained the issue clearly, and his pricing was very reasonable. The person on the phone was courteous, asked the right questions, and made sure the right technician was assigned. tracy called me within an hour and arrived in less than two hours. He quickly found that a leaky pipe was making it look like the water heater itself was leaking, and he repaired it right away.
