There was a clog in the bathroom drain that I had been fighting for two days. Steve came out and had it cleared less than an hour. He was upfront about pricing. I even saved me some money since I was able to pull and reset the toilet myself. He was very friendly and professional, no upselling or other runaround that I've had with other tradesmen. As a fairly handy homeowner this is the first time I've had to call a plumber to snake a drain, so I can't speak for the price but $280 did seem a little steep. However, given the quality of service, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Wish I could give less. They took 100 dollars just to come check on my Grandparents air conditioner. Left them a day with zero air conditioning saying they need to pay 2,000 possibly more to have a part replaced that they say was bad. They had a second opinion come out and no parts needed fixed. All they needed was freon and now they arent suffering in a hot house. The new people fixed it with respect and honesty and instantly they are feeling cool. They are elderly you cant take advantage of people like this! They could have gotten sick from the heat! Yall should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!

The guy did a good job and the AC is working again. He could have tucked in the wire he fixed outside but, all in all no complaints.
