Shawn(or possibly sean) didnt get spelling. Amazing out of this world service. Took his time (in the best way possible) tested everything for my issue. Even doubled check other stuff to rule out secondaries. Communicated what was being done. Ideas on what the possible issue were. Very straight forward gentleman.
