Horrible experience all around regarding American General. Avoid this company at all costs. My GrandMother passed away back in March of this year (2022) we are over 7 months in now attempting to simply switch the ownership on a policy she had for me, from her to myself. Any and all personnel affiliated with this company has been extremely difficult to deal with they are not helpful and continuously give us the run around. Requesting the same forms be filed out and resent time and time again even after we have sent them by certified mail, notarized and all. It's ridiculous and sad. GrandMother would not have wanted this. ????

The worst ever! I've literally had nightmares from dealing with this company! Please keep away!!! No Stars No Playing ! PLEASE KEEP AWAY! They forced me to put at least 1 star when I wanted to leave NO STARS!
