Absolutely tremendous service! I have been trying for two months with two different companies to fix my AC. I've paid them $900 and my AC still didn't work. Then they quit returning my calls. Advanced came out immediately when I called. The first tech, Alex and partner fixed the problem in 30 mins, was extremely friendly and helpful. I still had a little issue. I called the main office but they were closed so I hung up. They called me back in 10 mins. The tech Jake came out the next morning and worked on it for no charge. He was also a great guy we really enjoyed talking with. I will ALWAYS call this establishment from now on!! What a remarkable company!
