I never like to update a review and reduce the rating, but alas here I am. And it's a shame. Any time you're visiting a cemetery or in need of funeral services, it's clearly a sensitive matter. My family recently lost our grandmother and while she had everything planned for years in regards to when she passed away, the process was still difficult. The biggest issue was the staff. The head honcho was an absolute pain to work with. He made us feel as though we were being a giant inconvenience because the funeral was on a Saturday morning. I had a similar experience about my Mother’s grave marker. Paid the money in March and there still is no marker. They have excuses. It supposed to be here June 2 but they said they need a week to put it in. Be careful doing business with this company. They are not able to supply what they promise.

My husband passed away on June 10th. On June 11th, made arrangements and purchased a burial marker and monument for him. They said it would be put in the ground in 6 to 8 weeks, and 6 weeks later, they said it would be another 6 to 8 weeks due to the improper handling of paperwork. Would not recommend and not happy with their service and care of customers. Never received the deeds for the plots purchased on June 11th.
