I give them a 3 star . They tell u one thing and it’s another and then I just called not even 5 mins ago , some girl Britney answered and I was talking and she hung up and then I called back she hit the voicemail button and then I called again and the lady was very nice . If u call ask for someone other than Britney she’s rude . I didn’t really like the service either . When I walked In I most def felt judged most of older people in there . Not only an expert, Dr. Rice is always friendly & makes your appointment seem like you're just chatting about your eyes with a friend -- the staff is always warm & helpful. They go above & beyond in hiring and training the right people to fit their standards. A+

Everybody there is professional Karen did an excellent job explained everything to me about my glasses she went through everything with me if there's an employee of the month award Karen needs to get
