The team at Smith Heating and Cooling worked smarter and harder at our home than many of the HVAC contractors we have hired for big jobs in the past. They installed a new A/C unit, and cleaned and sanitized our ducts. All in all, their work were very clean, efficient and done with exceptional quality.
After purchasing a few units in the past, I was impressed with a few things this things this time around:
A service disconnecter was installed adjacent to the outside AC unit to avoid use of our electrical box for future repairs.
Their line set/copper lines were wrapped tightly instead of being left exposed.

Service is absolutely top notch! They came in and replaced our furnace, heat pump and water heater. They were really accommodating when we asked if they could scoot the water heater over to make things nice and neat in our basement, the communication before and after service was great and they cleaned up everything once they were done with the install. Would recommend this company for sure.
Called on a Thursday night and they were able to.fit me in the next day. Caleb the technician was friendly and knowledgeable and found the issue with my AC quickly. He made a special trip to find the part I needed and came back to repair it the same day. The cost was less than some other company's wanted just to show up. I highly recommend Smith Heating and cooling and will definitely use this company again.
