I like the fact that Harold is experienced and knowledgeable. With some companies, you don't know who you are getting, but with Shriver, you know exactly who you are getting. You're getting someone with experience and is very thorough with what he does.

Harold was so wonderful! Our furnace was rattling the whole house when it kicked on and the whole house was filling with diesel fumes so we had to shut it down the very day we turned it on. After inspecting it, Harold discovered the electrodes on our fuel oil furnace were broken. He had them replaced and our furnace serviced in under an hour! We are finally able to run our furnace again and get warm!

Not just a parts changer, was having problems with furnace not wanting to come on when the thermostat called for heat, it took a while but Harold figured out the problem, line voltage too high and making control board do funny things. Very knowledgeable and thorough, professional, would recommend to anyone, has our business.
