The ONLY reason i’m giving 2 stars is because Dr. Amanda Warner is the most AMAZING doctor I have ever seen in my life. She is very thorough, she listens to your concerns and her bedside manner is unlike anyone else. Brooke, her nurse, is also AMAZING!!! Amanda and Brooke are WONDERFUL in every single sense of the word. However, because Amanda is such an amazing doctor, she doesn’t always have availability which I understand. I agree to see other doctors because I assume if Amanda is so great, they should be great also. NOT THE CASE AT ALL! I have been heart and lung issues for 8 months and I was seen yesterday for severe shortness of breath and chest pain.. my blood pressure was so high the nurse had to take it twice. Angela Unger comes in the room, doesn’t check any of my vitals, doesn’t order any tests or labs.. instead she prescribes me 5mg Buspar which i’ve already taken twice and it did nothing for me. I MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR SHORTNESS OF BREATH AND CHEST PAIN AND THATS THE SOLUTION??? It’s genuinely disgusting that my insurance was charged for this appointment. Now here i am days later still struggling to breathe. PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR MEDICAL CARE

Do not return calls, HAPPILY give medicine to patient fully aware that the patient is allergic to, will happily tell patient they have no right to self advocate for themselves, will call the patient a liar to their face. No mvhc office is a good place to go to for healthcare. They're all bandaid stations. Went to Adair office. No good. Against better judgement we to south Zanesville office no better. Urgent care a joke.

Went to an appointment and they let me stay in a room for close to 30 minutes! At one point someone even turned the light out in my room . I got dressed, went to the receptionist downstairs and told her what had happened. Also, reminded her that it was not to be billed to my insurance company because I was not seen by the doctor. They want you to be there for the appointment on time but then make you wait and in my case, forgot about me. Very unprofessional and would not recommend!

I get all of my care here except vision. I have great experiences with all of my providers. The dental clinic worked me in today to fix a cracked tooth and my experience was wonderful 👏

Wish I could give 0 stars. Called to make an appointment for something that required I be seen for asap. They told me they couldn't see me until next month. Asked if they did Same day appointments still, the lady said yes but there was only one Dr for this appointment and she was busy and to go to mvhc urgent care for my issue. Asked if they would see me for it, she called to find out for me and they said no. So.idk how that was supposed to help. Very rude and unprofessional. I will be switching doctors ASAP

No one would answer the phone so I couldn't notify them I might be be late. Arrived and they'd canceled the appointment then called me a no-show. This review is because their phone service is awful.
