I had a gift certificate and used their service. When I pulled in I heard my dog screaming. When dropped her off the guy was rude and ask no questions I tried to explain that she had mobile grooming and the same groomer since she was 3 months old. Didn't even ask for shot records or question me. Her grooming was fair not the best job. Won't be returning.

We took our older cat in today. He. was not grooming himself and had matted clumps of hair and wouldn't let us brush him out. They were able to get all the clumps out and he looks BEAUTIFUL ‼️. He has to feel better 😻

The staff at Lucy's is beyond amazing. The grooming itself is excellent as the staff listens to how you want your fury friend groomed and never disappoints.

First time at Lucy’s today and was not impressed. I am convinced my dog was not bathed at all, as he still smells very much like a “dog” smell. His ears were not cleaned either. His nails do look good and his trim is okay (we only trim his hind end) but he really needed a bath. We asked for a bath, nails, and trim. He didn’t even get a cute little bandana at the end like he does at other places. Not terrible, but again, what we needed most was a bath and that didn’t happen so we likely won’t return.

Thank you Hunter! We are so pleased with Ollie's 1st haircut with a professional groomer. He is an anxious Havanese & Hunter was so gracious & patient with him and us ?. Ollie will definitely be back if they will have him ?.
