Unprofessional staffing! If you need a call back in a timely manner call another facility. I called multiple times several hours apart and the receptionist was extremely rude. I did not receive a call back until the next day. I called another facility, had a surgeon look at the CT scan while I was on the phone and got an appointment scheduled without a problem. I will no longer have doctors send our referrals to this location!

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Jackson and I could not be any happier. I am so relieved to know I have top quality care that will be there when I need them and they care about me as a person. The whole staff was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Mackel performed surgery on my hand after my wife insisted I go to the emergency room for a worsening infection caused by a weeks old deeply embedded wood splinter. Was that a run on sentence? In a word—yes. Is Dr. Mackel a beautiful surgeon who is talented in a way which makes the world a better place? In two words, certainly yes. Thank you also to the team he lead that day in the operating room. Everyone at Genesis is great! Thank you.

First, I have to say that Hunter is my absolute most favorite receptionist on the planet! Dr. Craig and Dr. Langford are my ortho docs. Both are pretty spectacular. I know these guys are seeing dozens (or hundreds) of patients every day. The schedule gets booked fast. Don't hesistate to call and make an appointment. They are busy but they are worth the wait.

Was sent there from Urgent care Dr that specifically said "go to walk in clinic 1st thing in the morning". I went and was then told by Ortho nurse that because I had went to urgent care I didn't qualify for a walk in and had to wait almost 3 weeks for an appointment. I was sent there because brace I needed, they didn't have correct size at urgent care and Dr was concerned about further injury without proper brace. Was sent away without care. Very unprofessional attitude from staff!!
