We went to this hospital due to a car accident. The trauma team was fantastic, they were informative patient and attentive. The nurses and techs while in recovery were nice and attentive to my daughter while she was there for 4 days.
I have been waiting for a phone call for a few days now instead of having your phone number as spam just put what it is and have a real person do the calling instead of a machine. At least a real person can give a call back number and who to speak with. Also people work give them a chance.
They saved my dad's life in a matter of 30 minutes when the hospital he was transferred out of was going to let him die because they couldn't figure out what was wrong so they let him lay in icu for 4 days. My mother and I got tired of their lack of knowledge so we insisted to have him transferred. He got admitted into genesis and what the hospital he was in couldn't figure it out in the 4 days he was there genesis figured it out in 30 minutes. He was septic due to kidney failure that went undetected. Genesis got him straightened out and he started dialysis. Ive always said Genesis added another 10 years to his life❤.
