First of all, I'm terrible at writing anything! But, I have to write this review. Bathfitters went over and beyond to make this a Good Experience. We All Love our new shower! There were a couple things that they had to come back and touch up on- nothing that was a big deal.They did a Great job. We want to Thank each and every person involved, but not sure if that is possible. It's hard to Thank everyone behind the scenes. Thank you Guys! The people who made the perfect fit. I don't want to forget to mention, we are older and had health issues though the whole installation process. Installer was on time and very pleasant. Quite a worker, like in constant motion, knowing the next move. Very nice job, would highly recommend! Jeff Frame was the installer.

Bill came to check my shower and replaced the curtain rod, faucet, and bar. He did an outstanding job. Bathfitters really lives up to their promises. So very pleased even after 12 years.
