So incredibly happy! I brought my (not so expensive or well made) boots for an assessment / repair, and the owner was honest and upfront about the cost and about how long the repair would hold given the make and materials of the boots. When I decided to have them repaired (the soles had come unglued), it was about a week or so turnaround, and they now look like nothing ever happened to them! Voila, shoe magic! Don't take your shoes to anyone else in this town because, if you do, you may get someone (like I did) who, within five seconds of looking, flat out tells you to forget about it... not going to name names, but if you know you know. I appreciate that Tesone's not only completed the repair (and excellently so), but that they gave me a few minutes of their time to patiently examine and explain my options. All of that to say, I'll be returning when my next repair comes up - and it will... I hate to waste shoes, when I can fix and keep wearing. If you're like me, now you know where to go!
My wife and I have been using Tesone's for boot, shoe and leather repair for over 30 years. I've sometimes hoped a repair could have been done sooner but have always been satisfied with the end result.
I am an avid birkenstock wearer and was thrilled to find an authorized repair center right in boardman. I was worried I'd have to either get a new pair (which is wasteful) or send them states away for repair. My bostons were getting a little thin in the sole so I took them in for a resole. Turn around was a week and a half, the cost was only half the price of a new pair. I was delighted when he showed me my completed shoes, idk how he did it, but they look brand new! I'm beyond thrilled to be able to keep loving and wearing my shoes. If you wear birks you know how comfortable they are once broken in, and that's not something you want to let go of.
