They call to reschedule because they forgot about labs 2 weeks later reschedule because doctor had to be at hospital 2weeks later adter driving 45mins rescheduled because lab orders are not in computer next week same issue drive 45 min to find out no orders even tho they swear the orders are in there so I ask them to send orders to my local hospital so not driving 45 mins just to find out the orders are not complete and can not get labs yet again
Needless to say it has been 2 months and still not seen the doctor because they can't even do lab orders correctly

Dr. Ghatak was great when my dad saw him at the hospital. But after leaving the hospital was a big disappointment. My dad was a rare case with an infection in his spine. The IV antibiotic he is in us administered every 4 hours as well as a second one every 12 hours for 6 weeks! So this is no small time infection. Very disappointed with his first followup which was with the PA, not even with the doctor. I had to tell the PA that the treatment wasn't due to finish until Nov. 14th, not when she thought it was. The building looks like something out of a bad movie, which I thought looked abandoned. The front of it had a huge section of outside wall missing exposing the insides...read full review
