    my overall experience at New day recovery is about a five out of 10 when leaving they did not give me my property including my medication‘s, and my very expensive Michael Kors jacket. I’ve had to go back three times to pick up my stuff when they should have had it all together I am very disappointed in this I had more faith in them. I am very disappointed, and I probably will not returned that facility.

    I went into detox 3/16/21, then from there went to the woman’s house and I’ve been sober since.. great people, all of the staff were comforting & I’ve built relationships and coping mechanisms that will forever stick with me. I’m thankful for this place ❤️

    This place is amazing!! They go above and beyond and isn't like the sum of the rundown treatment facilities I have been to. At new day they care and they want you to succeed. Thank you new day for all of your help! You guys don't know how much it means to me you guys letting me come back! The staff is amazing and you guys loved me when I couldn't even love myself. I was stubborn at times but you guys helped me more than you know. You guys are like my family and I'm so grateful for the chance and opportunity to be a client and you guys are very helpful some of them go out of their way more than the other and that truly shows your passion for the job.
