Went to get a men's dress shirt, and JCPenney has gotten really expensive. No wonder they've been closing stores. The man in the men's department needs to get a personality. I wanted to try a shirt on, and I grabbed my size, and he was very abrupt and grabbed it and was pulling the pins out of it, like I didn't know how to lol it was too big and I picked the next collar size down and that one was still plastic and he grabs that one from me and pulls one out that was not wrapped and says use this one instead. It fit, but it was dirty, and I took the one in the wrapper instead. He seemed perturbed that I didn't take the opened one.
I just walked through this store to get to the main mall, but it was nice. It was clean. They do pictures and also eyewear, which I thought was neat. They also now have their own beauty store.
The ladies at the pick up counter for online orders were the best ever!Not so much in the store.I understand pushing to get folks signed up for credit cards,but the voice overhead told them they were at 10 for the last hour and they needed to do better. Real motivation.Then I go to purchase two packages of underwear for my husband, BOGO 50%, they would not ring up correctly, big surprise.Had to take a picture of the sign and product and take it back to the register.Still would not ring them correctly.
