Class A team of employees! Tonya (rep at hosp), Dana, and Cathy (therapist) are phenomenal! All staff is very professional, caring, understanding, and extremely attentive to needs. Any questions..they take time to give explanations. Cathy visited Friday w/new equipment. Very thorough, as well as personable. Left me with her comforting words of encouragement...she's awesome AND followed up with a phone call today!! Insurance questions, ordering, delivery, etc. Have all been answered and taken care of immediately by Dana! Delivery drivers have all been very professional also. I want to give a huge thank you to the respiratory therapists, Brittany and Cathy, for the incredible care they’ve given me. From the very beginning, they treated me with patience, compassion, and genuine understanding. They didn’t just explain my condition, they helped me feel comfortable with it.

Both of them took the time to answer every question, reassure me when I was overwhelmed, and make sure I felt confident using my equipment. Their kindness and professionalism made a difficult situation so much easier, and I’m truly grateful for the support they’ve shown me.
