I had an excellent experience with the grout medic. The owner came out and gave me an estimate. He was very professional, and very nice. After considering my other options, I decided to move forward with this company. Your communication was excellent. The team arrived at the scheduled time, they set up and started to work. They put a lot of effort into my floor, which is natural stone, and after I saw the results, I realized how dirty it really was in the grout lines. I have a travertine kitchen floor which after years of us managing the deep clean ourselves, we decided it was time to have it professionally cleaned. I reached out to a number of companies and the owner came out and gave me an estimate. He was extremely professional and very nice. After looking at all my options, I decided to go with the grout medic. the communication from the company was excellent. Highly recommend THE GROUT MEDIC team. Punctual, precise and detailed. No hidden fees. Greg had an estimation/proposal prepared within the hour. Matt made a shower (1999) look brand new. Regrouted, cleaned up any evidence of ever being here. Worked 7 hours straight. I will definitely be contacting them for future work!
