Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable all around great .From talking to Walt On the phone and Ashley who came out initially .I feel I have to give a shout out to everyone because everyone we dealt with was Exceptional The electricians Blaise ,John and Tanner . Keith, Steve and Jamie did a great job for us. They were very honest when inspecting the equipment and were able to cancel orders for new equipment when the old equipment was repaired.
The salesperson (Ashley) was very knowledgeable and experienced in explaining what my needs were for a generator. Update on generator I decided to go with one 14/16 kw and Steve and Jeremy were very knowledgeable and professional in explaining exactly how installation was going to go and very knowledgeable demonstrating the unit after installation.
Can’t say enough about Steve and Jeremy for installing the generator on one of the worst days rain and snow mixed they worked their buts off getting it done. I highly recommend Goods electric for your needs. Big shout out on an outstanding job to all from the people answering the phone to installation was outstanding....read full review
