Ok I'm not the best at these but the workers yeah sometimes they do rush or don't talk but in there end the work is worth it most times they would try to understand you and fix the mistakes they made but sometimes they just don't understand also they're Asians too and let's be real here as adults that 1 review making fun of the lady body's isn't right like think before you say things cause you don't know they're life or anything out of work and honestly the nail salon they upgraded it and no they don't use dirty nail stuff they use clean ones and when I tell you that Tom and Wendy are probably the most understandable people I ever known and met I been coming for many years and they never disappoint. This is just my opinion, and what I think and it's okay if you don't agree but sometimes they do better then what the reviews say most times

I am a regular customer at fancy nails they do a good job but you have to tell them to put on the base coat for gel polish otherwise they won't. And if you are really rough with your hands like I am this step is very important.

The guy I had was not friendly and no communication.. The price chart that he showed me and the one on the wall were misleading.. I wasn't happy with the outcome of my service with the person I had.. I went back to Fancy nails for service and I encountered a guy name Bill is great he communicated with me and did wonderful detailed work.. One thing I forgot the staff at Fancy Nails work well with each other and they get you in and out in a timely manner.. Thanks for recovering my faith Fancy Nails..
