Had my tankless water heater stop working last evening. Called EMS this morning after a getting a recommendation from a friend. I was not expecting any service today as I know many business are so overwhelmed and I have not needed their services previously. They offered to try and fit me in and they did just that. Denny did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing my water heater. I'm very appreciative and will use them yearly to clean my tank. Excellent service. Excellent value and price.

We manage a 118 unit apartment complex and had a plumbing emergency of epic proportions. Rick was the ONLY plumber with the part, not only did he fix it QUICKLY, he was the consummate professional, keeping me informed the entire time, and calling upon completion to explain what the issue was and the best way to handle it moving forward.
