The clinic offers a wonderful experience, ensuring pets are well-cared for and their owners are well-informed and at ease. The staff is great from the moment you walk in, and the place is immaculately clean. Dr. Scott is kind and spends ample time with clients, providing great conversation after examinations. All the vets, including Dr. Bancroft, an outstanding surgeon, are top-notch and very knowledgeable. They listen to clients and are clear and thorough about diagnosis and treatment. The techs and office staff are also helpful, earning high recommendations and exceptional reviews.
Dr Bancroft performed surgery on our dog, Bailey. Can't say enough good things about him and the entire staff. They explained the procedure and what it would be like after. Very thorough.
My ten year old cat was losing weight. They accurately diagnosed her with hyperthyroidism and prescribed an easily applied medication. She's already looking so much better. Dr Tom was amazing and gave me options. He didn't try to push any tests or treatment on me
Highly recommend this clinic for your pet. Dr. Tom is fantastic and always took excellent care of my cat when i would bring him for appointments. They made such a caring and peaceful experience when I had to have him put down and were incredibly thorough with everything. I can't thank Dr. Tom enough.
