We had Scott come out this morning for big black ants and little brown ants. This young man was WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, POLITE and EXCELLENT at his craft! I had a rodent problem, specifically rats. After paying 2 other companies that did basically nothing I found CPS. At the first visit they inspected the inside and outside, going around the foundation with a mirror and identified the corner posts of my vinyl siding are not sealed closed - a way in for these rambunctious critters - then actually went into my unfinished attic and inspected it - neither of the other 2 services would go into the attic or performed a thorough inspection. The issue of the critters getting in started with a wall that had water damage and had rotted away, this had been found and fixed but once those critters are in they find other routes. The technician who came out did a wonderful job. He was knowledgeable, on time and did not waste my time nor money for services that were not needed! I was so satisfied I signed up with their Membership Program and still get serviced today!
