James durkin is a con artist and conned my family out of 1200 ! after I paid him up front which he demanded before any work was done. I found that to be very sketchy, so I looked up his company and saw all these horrible reviews. i told him the same day, I paid him that I wanted a refund and he has yet to provide me with services or a refund. We are in the process of suing him
