Our AC wasn’t working when we arrived home from work so we called. It was just after 4pm and they sent a technician right away. Made the repairs and had the unit cooling within the hour.

The time between my phone call and the Mr. Rowe’s arrival was maybe 45 minutes. The time between his arrival and his CORRECT diagnosis was, maybe 15 minutes. I’d had an AC failure and it was a hot day! Corey Rowe had me back “chillin’” in no time! Very personable guy. Made me feel like a valued customer, not just another call!
