I called Narrow Path Plumbing on Sunday morning when I discovered our water heater leaking everywhere in our basement. Alexis answered the call and as always, she was empathetic, concerned for my family’s wellbeing and anxious to help in any way possible. Alexis was able to talk with her manager, arranged for the repair as well as identified a technician, Chris, willing to take our service call. Within a short time Chris and his brother arrived with the required equipment and parts and were able to remove the old hot water heater and install the new within two hours! Kyle came out same day since we were totally without water. He switched out our pressure tank and did a quick side job with the kitchen sink. Very much appreciate your professionalism and expertise. HIGHLY recommended.
