I love it when you have %off sales on dog food. Not only do I save money but ordering online makes it so simple. Then I go to the store at my leisure to pick it up. I am a long time customer of Feeders Supply & love to support local stores. Having numerous stores around town is also a convenience. The only thing you could improve is tagging customers who are seniors so they could get their discount online & in the stores without asking.

Ordered auto ship and was delivered the same day in less than 2 hours! Very impressed and will be long time customer. Have not been inside a store but customer service online and shipping has been great

I like Feeders in Xenia. The employees are always so helpful and knowledgeable. It never fails that I need something and have to run in there twenty minutes before close. I find the guy sweeping the floor and wanting to go home, I am sure. He never complains, he stops what he is doing to help me every time. If I have a question about cats, the one lady in there knows her stuff. She shares information on different organizations that can help. She recommends products. There are always sale products near the front. I find good deals when I look through those. Who knew I needed fly traps for $1.25 for two!!! Or joint supplements for my dogs for like $8.
