Bad experience with hair color! It changed to red and went back to get it corrected! Had called beautician and set an appointment. When I went there for appointment she wasn't there! There was no note in appointment book, and decided, since they acted very strangley by the receptionist, and one customer who was decidedly very rude that the proprietor either didn't know or didn't care about the problem! I would not recommend this salon to anyone and may contact the BBB about this situation! Something definitely fishy about this place!

Please, for the sake of hygiene, don't go to this salon. I created an account here at Yelp specifically to warn anyone I could about this disaster of a place. My friend and I went to have pedicures here, and I should have run out screaming. First, the technician sat us down in a filthy corner, in dryer chairs (the stand next to me where the magazines were was covered in polish swatches and bits of cotton balls) and proceeded to pull out 2 foot soaking tubs. After she soaked our feet she dumped the dirty foot water into the hair washing sinks!!! ICK! She didn't wash the sink out before the next client came to have her hair washed, either! I should have ran out then. But I didn't. Instead, the trauma continued. She pulled out files and nail trimmers from a drawer, that had not been cleaned. They even looked like they had been used on others. She then trimmed only every other toe, crookedly! Then, she proceeded to use the same utensils on my friend that she had used on me, without sanitizing them, or even rinsing off the skin on the callous file! By the way, she wasn't wearing gloves, and she sat cross legged on the floor in front of us. To top off the pedicure, she polished my toes like a 5 year old - I had polish everywhere. Then, she told us we could walk barefoot out of the place if we wanted (she didn't offer any flip-flops or UV dryers to us.) Please, please, don't go here! It's a miracle I didn't get warts or something.
