I cannot say enough good things about Water Heaters Plus! They truly went above and beyond to help my mother and me during a difficult situation. The entire team worked hard to find every possible solution and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way.
Jay handled the initial appointment, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, patient, and professional. He even took the time to include my daughter, letting her take notes for him, which made her day and showed how much he genuinely cares about people.

Enjoyed our experience with Water Heaters Plus! They were able to get us in right away and thought the quote we were given was reasonable! They installed the heater quickly, no mess, and were very kind!
Jason was great to work with to get multiple quotes for a new gas water heater. Josh and Skyler came to do the installation. They were polite and very knowledgeable. They went over the settings with me and explained everything. I would recommend them if you need a water heater.
