AVOID this childish, cliquish establishment!!!Lori and I had a disagreement via text and she not only booted me as a client she also told the owner, Natalie.I was unaware of this and when I tried to make a hair appointment with Natalie, she told me I needed to find a new place for hair AND nail services!Ashley the nail tech, had nothing to do with this. Why should she be punished?!Natalie didn't ask me my side of the story, didn't ask me what happened, or offer to mediate. If business is so good that they can afford to throw away clients, that tells me the clients aren't very important to them...Why did Lori feel the need to run to Natalie, like a child, and tell on me? Not to mention blocking me from finding another hair stylist there? Insecure much?!Lori was mad that I was 8 minutes late for my appointment, I texted her to let her know. A few months ago she was 30+ minutes late for our appointment (she told me it was the previous client). She didn't text me beforehand to let me know and later didn't offer me anything while I waited...no magazine, no water, no nothing! And she didn't seem to appreciate my patience.She said she felt like that I didn't respect her time, but I don't think she respected me as a client...or appreciated me. She expects absolute timeliness now, so if you're running late, you can forget about it!I stopped getting massages from Lori years ago because she didn't seem to have the strength to get out the hard knots in my neck and shoulders. The friend I referred to her told me the same thing, but he doesn't like change, so he continues to stay with her.The only retaining value of this place is Ashley, the Nail Tech. She is efficient, caring and very good at doing her job.Update: I just got a text from Ashley telling me she had to cancel my appointment for Friday, "due to the events of earlier today." She said I made threats...no, I said I would would "take them down on Yelp." That was a promise, not a threat. This review is posted there too.GO FIND SOMEPLACE BETTER for hair and nail services. I mean you PAY to be pampered, and cared for, not to have a high school flashback! Haven't we all suffered enough of that?!You deserve tbe best! Empower yourself to go somewhere who values you!

There’s just no place like the Salt House. Clean surroundings, quiet environment, everything you need to relax and let your body rejuvenate. The owner is accommodating if you need to work around time constraints in your week. You have to go there to understand how wonderful it is!

Great place! The owners are very engaging and knowledgeable. The design of the Salt House is fresh, clean, and inviting! Love the salt booth and the relaxation room!

I stopped in for a quick visit on my way home today! Natalie was super helpful and suggested a 20 min salt booth time to help me with some minor congestion. It was so relaxing and easy! I’m actually coming back tomorrow for another quick salt booth time before we travel this week!

This place is beautiful. Every room is well done and clean and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The owner is spectacular! Go SALT!

Lovely experience, my kiddos love the giant salt “sand”box with toys, and the relaxation room is where I go when it’s just me:)

Beautiful place. So relaxing and spacious. The salt room is very cozy and comfortable. There are many chairs there to sit and unwind. The staff will offer you blankets and pillows to make your experience as comfortable as possible. There is also a fun kiddie room for your little ones. Nice place will visit again soon. Clean, spacious, very cozy and welcoming.
