I just started as a patient in this clinic, did not have any issues with stuff or doctor. Receptionist was helpful and friendly and Dr. Areeb Sidiqqi as well. I will keep updating this review.

I have been coming here for 4 years to see Dr. Siddiqi. I never have a problem seeing someone when I need it, and check-in and wait times are completely reasonable. I send them emails and they always respond within a day or so. When my old insurance company could not reach a Contract agreement to keep this office “in network”, I went through the hassle of switching to another health insurance provider just to be able to continue coming here. I must’ve had at least 10 visits over the years, and yet to have a bad experience.

Came in to find out my appointment had been cancelled and when I asked if there was anyone else I could see as their entire office was completely empty and dealing with back pains. The lady in the front just shook her head and told me the next appointment is a week from now. Which makes no sense considering I made my appointment two days ago. I find it hard to imagine there isn’t a single doctor in that empty facility who could help me.

I set up a new patient appointment and got a confirmation email. I called to confirm insurance and was told my insurance was accepted and that I would just need to come in early to fill out new patient paperwork. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told the doctor only does virtual appointments on that day and that I would have to reschedule. This was not communicated when I called and I was specifically told to come early. It was a significant waste of my time as I drove about 30 minutes to come to the appointment. It’s very disappointing and was given no explanation or logical reason. I was just told, sorry you’ll have to reschedule. There was no accountability or understanding that it takes a lot of time and inconvenience to take time off work, travel time etc. just to be told you’ll have to reschedule. Ultimately, it feels disrespectful. I was very interested in Dr. Patel for a few different reasons, but will not be rescheduling the appointment.

I have been calling & visiting this facility since years but never felt this sense of humiliation until today. My problem is not with my doctor but with the office staff who receive your calls(whose name I do not remember, otherwise would have mentioned it here).I called for an appointment and she was asking me all the details and while I was saying she says”just stop for a sec,am working here”. Is this the way you talk to patients in need of an appointment? Felt really HURT and thats REALLY A RUDE WAY to treat people. I have read other comments claiming the office staff being “RUDE” but experienced it only today after all these years. Absolutely PATHETIC!!2 star rating is for my doctor, removed 3 stars for the rude service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel's for years. She has always listened patiently and carefully to me and any issues I may have had. Her explanations have always been cogent and comprehensible. I've always been impressed by her range of knowledge given my issues over the years.
