“I have been here periodically for facials and recently came back in to try a micro needling service. This was my first time and I was a bit hesitant having never had it done before. The nurse I worked with was Rose and she was very helpful with answering all of my questions And making sure I felt comfortable the entire time throughout the service. They applied a numbing cream so that it wouldn't feel as uncomfortable. It was definitely bearable and she was checking in with me the entire time. So far the aftercare and process after the service are Exactly how she described. They also provided me with an aftercare card so I would not forget anything. The front desk was so nice and personal I felt I made a friend when I had left. I love that there is no limit to how many months you can bank on your membership as there were at my last place. I was able to cover my entire visit with just the money in my membership bank. The injector Diana even went out of her way to help me set up an aspire account and score an extra $50 free. I don’t love needles and was even given some options like stress balls and vibrators to distract from the pain, but shockingly there was NONE. Diana was so gentle I barely even felt the needle and it was done in just a few seconds! When I left they even set me up an 2 week follow up appointment just in case there was any undesired movement. So happy I discovered this gem, highly recommend!“
