My massage was incredible. I’ve had chronic low back pain and the next day after my massage it was gone! What a relief! It did come back later that day. I wish I could get a daily massage! The whole experience was amazing. Thank you Austin!

Absolutely amazing!! The float is like something you have never experienced...so peaceful floating in total darkness. Followed up with infrared saunathen the cold plunge!! I would definitely do all 3 again....staff was awesome and facility very clean. Be sure to bring your own flip flops tho.

One of my favorite places to relax! Sauna and Cold Plunge and Floating are such great for recovery and restoration! Plus the service and vibe are so calm and wonderful. Just being there is an important change of pace.
