I’ve worked with Adam and his team at a fundraising event for many years and also hired Adam for a neighborhood event. He has always been on time, professional and cares deeply about the client experience. If you are ever looking for a character for an event call Adam!
From start to finish, we had an amazing experience with The Mascot Organization. They were communicative, organized, on time, and both the actor and handler/guide they sent were EXCELLENT. Huguette and Jason adapted easily to our party's context and patiently welcomed nearly 50 attendees' requests for hugs and photos. When two kids wanted to give the Care Bear's tummy some rather aggressive pats, Jason causally redirected them SO smoothly and with humor, which was very much appreciated. The Mascot Organization is one of the best vendors we're ever worked with and we will absolutely use them again.
Just wanted to let columbus Ohio know that the best organization and company that I worked with in 2019 was The Mascot Organization. They were off the charts professional, organized, positive and very thorough. The mascot MADE my event; the two gentlemen present were excellent with my group that attended that day.
