Chad is awesome! My son was paying outrageous taxes when he made next to nothing. Chad got him over $2000 back in his previous taxes and he had to pay very little going forward! He is easy to talk to and his office staff is so nice! In addition, his cost is reasonable. I highly recommend him! I am so happy I found him!

The. WORST! Do NOT trust Chad with your taxes. Currently he is on a nice expensive vacation on the other side of the world and my taxes are not done! I’m a small business owner. I turned all of my stuff in on time. I received no communication about any extension. After weeks of bugging him I finally get notified that my taxes are “all but done.” (So not done.) two weeks later (today) they are still not done and he left for his fancy vacation of the dollar of his customers just to pick and choose who gets screwed over for tax season! Small business owners hold their money because we often owe, and if we don’t we really need the refund back. As well as just wanting this stress off our shoulders. What Chad does is put the stress on his customers and his assistant communicates the lack of complete work, all while not even being able to communicate the status of his work. (Again, it’s because he never does i, and picks and chooses who he prioritizes.) HUGE disappointment, extremely disrespectful, and again, he will make his stress YOURS!

Pay attention to comments describing Chad’s behavior when they need help with an error. Until this year I had no issues. This year Chad said he was filing individual returns for us, but bank deposits matched numbers he gave us reflecting a joint return. I assumed he would quickly correct this, but instead he doubled down and insisted everything was fine. I had to contact a CPA from another firm to correctly file individual returns for us.

Kolarik messed up our Federal Tax Return and refuses to help fix the problem. He keeps saying that it's in the hands of the IRS. But guess what? I called the IRS and they said they rejected it! It's been months (plural) and he wlll NOT lift a finger to help fix his own issue, and what is nearly as bad to me, won't accept responsibility to remediate. Reported to State of Ohio.
