I flew in to Cols to help my transition to a retirement assisted living environment after my Mom had a fall. It was a very stressful and intense two weeks in which I was unable to see my regular Doc in St Pete for care. They were able to get me in for two sessions on Thursday and completely changed my state and outlook. First session was a release of huge emotions and an hour later, a build up of energy and strength to finish the task at hand.
