First, I had my eyes done to familiarize myself with cosmetic procedures. Then I had the SmartLift. Both were hugely successful, and I feel like a million bucks (without paying anywhere near that!). “I have been very, pleased with services I received at Westerville Dermatology.All the staff are pleasant and work to make sure you are comfortable during your visit and understand what they are discussing. After arrival I am escorted to an office in 5 minutes or less. Once in the exam room the doctor sees you almost immediately. They carefully listen to your concerns and discuss it with you to assure they are hearing what you say. All treatment is discussed with you before proceeding.“

The front desk was so nice and personal I felt I made a friend when I had left. I love that there is no limit to how many months you can bank on your membership as there were at my last place. I was able to cover my entire visit with just the money in my membership bank. The injector Diana even went out of her way to help me set up an aspire account and score an extra $50 free. I don’t love needles and was even given some options like stress balls and vibrators to distract from the pain, but shockingly there was NONE. Diana was so gentle I barely even felt the needle and it was done in just a few seconds! When I left they even set me up an 2 week follow up appointment just in case there was any undesired movement. So happy I discovered this gem, highly recommend!“
