The experience here is always good. I’ve had many providers here, but Ellen stands out above the pack. Very friendly, easy to do business with and great attention to detail.
I’ve been getting my Brazilian done here for a little over a year now, and have had positive experiences every time. Super efficient in-and-out process, max 20-minute appointment, and staff is always friendly. I used to get monthly Brazilian waxes, but I promise laser hair removal is the way to go! I have a low pain tolerance but it is definitely manageable. Two standout things that made it worth it for me— unlimited treatments and locations across the US (because I move around a lot). I also hate shaving down there so much!
all the ladies at this clinic are wonderful!! brenna and jessika on the front end are always very kind and helpful with scheduling and any questions i have. ema, yuliya, and ellen are all great with the actual lasering too and being understanding when it’s too painful and i need a moment!! it’s definitely pricey but worth it to me because there’s not a limit to your number of visits, they prioritze actually reducing and eliminating the hair
