Pertee Monument is a fine family business to work with. Customers are very pleased with the service and the hands-on consultation. The staff is caring and helpful, making the experience easier than expected. They helped design a headstone, a beautiful Welcome stone with three crosses, and stones with grand kids' names for landscaping. They also cleaned a parents' headstone that had black stuff and scratches, making it look like new. The cleaning worked fantastic. For cemetery stones, they went above all expectations with great customer service. They coordinated between family members in different states, contacted the cemetery to ensure perfect cement foundations, and met the expected installation. They even traveled outside their normal area of service and did repair and restoration on a monument from the 1960s. Everything came out great. Highly recommend working with this family for all cemetery monument needs.
