I hate leaving bad reviews but this Company but I don't want others going through the same as I am! They came out to look at a warrantied refrigerator on August 28th. He was there for 5 minutes and left. Have not heard back since and left numerous messages but don't get a call back! Do not recommend this place at all. Sorry Hart Appliance owner, this is not how you conduct business and expect to stay in business!

I am hesitant to write a negative review of a locally owned business, as I know these are the life blood of small business. Mr. Hart was referred by another local business I trust. I called and left several messages before I received a return call. He was the authorized repair technician for a fully warrantied repair for our refrigerator. Mr. Hart came to our house twice and stated he'd have to wait on several back order parts, this was in March of 2021. After many attempts over the last 18 months to reach him, I began reaching out directly to the distributor with our approved Warranty claim information. After reading more reviews I am not surprised by the lack of care we had today. Hart is the only company who can be used through GE warranty support. He was called out twice to make a repair to our washing machine and had no interest in trying to find the problem. When we first bought our washing machine it was super quiet and now it sounds like a rocket is about to take off partially through the cycle. I can feel the vibration four rooms away and was told “this is normal.” I do not recommend this company as he did not even try to find the problem.
