Living Well is an amazing program. I dropped 53 pounds in 6 months . Beyond the weight loss I gained the skills to keep it off. The team is great. They were there for me to answer all my questions and encouraged me to succeed. I had to do the work but without Livingwell, I would not have been able to do it. I recommend you try it. I can only give 5 stars but honestly, I would give it a 10.
Dr. Aric helped me pinpoint muscles that were resulting in back pain, took me through therapy and gave me exercises to strengthen those weak areas and the improvement has amazing. I really appreciate his knowledge and help.
Wasn't sure what to expect at first. Even though they don't make promises, it seemed like this process was too good to be true. I took the chance and went all in on this program with Sarah and her team. The results started showing up right away and I knew that if I did my part, it would be worth it in the end. I lost over 35lbs on the program and have lost close to 60 total since last year. The weight loss has been great, but honestly the best part of it all has shown I some other areas.
