We have a 124 year old home, all the plumbing original to the home - no idea date of that. We got a new kitchen sink and the copper pipe was leaking. ARCH came out the very next day and fixed my leak, we then made an appointment to replace all the old drains, replace my meter horn and reconnect an outside spicket. They came, got it all done in one day! The price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend. Rich and Andrew were a great team!

Used several times for drain and disposal work and was okay- Asked for quote on tub/shower and seemed reasonable. I had to get my own (pricey, multi head) shower head. Within 12 months it was spraying everywhere. I called him and he said it was over a year but he would look at it, then said he put it on too tight and would come back and replace it. He took the extended shower head piece and refastened the single shower head and we never heard from him again. He lives in my neighborhood, so he drives by my house almost daily.
