I mean this in all sincerity when I say that I would rather shave my head than ever go there. Not because of the quality of services, although they did a terrible job cutting my son’s hair (I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because I’m sure cutting kids hair is more difficult, maybe?), but because of how incredibly rude they are from the moment you walk in. As if someone wanting to pay them for services is inconveniencing them while they all stand around on their phones. Frustrating.

While I really like Kaitlyn and she does a great job, this business upcharges your credit card by 3% without informing you and I saw no signage to inform that was their practice. I NEVER frequent businesses that upcharge your credit card. Credit card fees are a cost of doing business. If you don't want to pay your processing fees, don't accept credit cards. NEVER AGAIN!!

If I could give this place a lower rating I would, maybe it just the stylist. Everyone was kind, but I didn't appreciate the hair I was missing after she bleached my hair and over processing it! Not to mention she brushed and tugged on my hair hard after bleaching it and wet. I'm still trying to grow my hair back but now my hair is different thickness through. The journey to fix my hair is pricy and this was just in nov/dec of 2023! Definitely should've taken the hint when they gave me a paper to sign, NOT TO SUE THEM😂😂
