“I have been going to hot locks for years! I truly love the stylists there!! They are all very sweet! With that being said I was in not that long ago and the “receptionist” (with the black hair) that was working that day just sat around and did nothing. It was a busy Saturday and she walked out without saying anything to any of the stylists and they called her for help and I had to tell them she walked out the front door like 20 mins ago. She was probably gone for a good 45 mins. When she got back she still continued to sit at the nail spot on her phone not helping, not checking out paying customers, not sweeping up hair that was on the floor after the stylist was done and they was checking out the customer. This “receptionist” is truly not helpful to the workers it seems and brings down the vibe of what is a wonderful uplifting atmosphere. Anyway I hope the new owner sees this because she has a wonderful business on her hands but gotta be careful with who you hire!“
